FLCR has two educational opportunities for youngsters: one is the Sunday School program, which provides a comprehensive educational program by which youngsters may learn the entire Bible and Christian teachings. The second program is Children’s Worship, which occurs during 10 AM worship in the winter, and at 9 AM worship between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Bible stories and texts for Sunday morning worship are taught in an age-appropriate manner for youngsters who attend church. The young people are called forward in the early part of worship in order to be lead by a teacher or teachers to a separate room where a craft or other age-appropriate way to explain the lessons proceeds.
