The duties of the Property Committee are:
- Oversee the maintenance of suitable and well-kept facilities for the congregation’s ministry.
- Establish policies on maintenance, security, custodial duties, heating and lighting that are adequate and economical in consultation with the Church Council.
- Develop a plan for adequate facilities and space use into the future.
- Invite the active participation of volunteers in the upkeep of the grounds and other church properties; contract with vendors and other services as needed
