FLCR currently has three Bible study groups:

1) A weekly group that meets at 10:00 AM Thursdays, except in the summer. Past studies have been The Book of Acts, The Gospel of Mark and The Gospel of Luke. Recently the group has been using the Yale Bible Studies series.

2) A bi-monthly study group meeting at 7 AM on Wednesday mornings at Paradise Pizza restaurant, 10 East St., New Britain, CT. NEW! In preparation for the 11th Assembly of the Lutheran World Federation in July 2010, in Stuttgart, Germany, we will join Lutherans across the globe to reflect on Matthew 6:11, Give Us this day our daily bread as seen from the perspective of Asian, African, European, North American and South American Lutherans.

3) Our third Bible study follows Wednesday night pasta supper, beginning at 6:45 PM and lasting about 45 minutes. We have been using the Book of Faith Bible studies. The next study will be announced, following the Book of Faith conference, May 1st at First Lutheran Church of the Reformation – New Britain.
