First Lutheran Church of the Reformation will be hosting a synod wide Book of Faith Festival, sponsored by the New England Synod of the ELCA. This program, underwritten by the ELCA. is designed to enhance the biblical literacy of Lutherans throughout the United States.

The Holy Bible, besides forming the essence of our Christian Faith, is also the most influential book ever written. Its effects are still felt today in music, art, literature, and public dialogue. Bibilical literacy is vital towards understanding, on multiple levels, our faith, our Creator and Western Civilization.
