One of the highest priorities of the congregation is to visit the sick and care for those who are facing crises. Hospital visitation may be arranged by simply requesting a pastoral visit and providing the appropriate information for that contact to be made. Appointments may be made with the pastor for counseling, discussion and prayer. Although initial counseling with the pastor is appropriate for most circumstances, often referrals are made if counseling requires more intensive work.
